Since 2003, he has worked in the field of prisons, where he specializes in the meaningful treatment of convicts and the promotion of their reintegration. As director of criminal policy at the Department of Justice, she sees the Yellow Ribbon Run as a key tool for improving relations between convicts and society.

She studied economics at Masaryk University and worked in the public administration as well as the private sector. Since 2017, he has been dedicated to managing the Yellow Ribbon awareness project, which he sees as crucial to destigmatizing people with criminal pasts.

Since 2007, she has worked in PR and marketing, where she gained experience in internal communication, product PR and non-profit sectors. As Yellow Ribbon Run's PR manager since 2019, she believes the project makes sense because it helps change society's view of people with criminal pasts.

She studied Cultural and Social Anthropology at ZČU and has been working in content marketing since 2011. They believe Yellow Ribbon is a meaningful project to help the children and families of convicts live a dignified life without prejudice, because they have not been guilty of anything and only bear the consequences of the behavior of loved ones.

Barbora Černošková sees the Yellow Ribbon Run as a unique opportunity to combine sport with important awareness. According to her, running helps break down prejudices and open the door to second chances for people with a criminal past.

Petr Čřestníček considers Yellow Ribbon Run to be an important initiative that gives people with criminal backgrounds a chance to start anew. He appreciates that through running, the public can better understand their stories and encourage their return to society.

He sees Yellow Ribbon as a great opportunity to bring attention to the topic of second chances and prejudice against people with criminal pasts. According to him, it is important for society to open up to dialogue and help those who want to change their lives for the better.
